these are really cool. amazing that you can capture so much likeness in those 5 minutes. really nice work!

also...
what's the park etiquette for caricaturists out there? could you pick out any spot or do you have to move if you're invading some other guys usual spot? and do you need a vendor's license?

and i found this artist's link which you might find intersting

Awesome work as usual...especially when you keep in mind how quickly you work, as Jason mentioned. Wendy and I are going to have to track you down in the park one day soon.

And Thanks again, for coming to my opening last week.

Thanks, Jason.
In the Park, you don't need a liscense, but you have to get there early generally to get a good spot on the main path- the entrance at 60th and 5th Ave. in the Park - going towards the Zoo.
Thanks for the link!

Thanks, Rob. Sure- come down anytime and I'll draw the both of you- just call my cell first to make sure I'm there.
No problem about the opening- good to see you showing your work.

Time for an update...

You're right, Justin, I was coincidently thinking the same thing. I'm trying to decide if I want to post things from my sketchbook here, or start a third blog- so I can keep mostly caricatures here for potential clients. Believe me, I have tons of things I haven't posted...just trying to decide where to post it.

Thanks for keeping on me to post, though- I need that sometimes.

I'm sure you do...I know I've seen lots of things in your sketchbooks I'd love to see up here. I think you should start a new blog for just your caricatures and continue this one for whatever you feel like putting up.

Actually, I think I'm going to keep this one for the caricatures because the address is: "www.caricatureking".
I'll start another one soon of random, sketchbook stuff- at least until my website is up.
